Position: Mechanical Engineer + Cost Estimator

SALARY IN USD:  2000 USD

Job Description:

·        Must have 5-6 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, Gulf experiences prefer only.

·        Experience should cover detailed mechanical engineering design for pipes, pipelines, vessels, tanks, compressors, pumps, etc. in accordance to applicable codes and practices (ASME, ANSI, API, etc.

·        Experience in the preparation of mechanical specifications, tender documents include cost estimation and the preparation of project and contract specifications and bids evaluation, report writing, and presentations are also required.  Knowledge of applicable oil and gas related software programs and operational experience in GOSP facilities are added assets.

·        Must have BSc Degree from a recognized university

 

Civil Engineer

SALARY IN USD:  2000 USD

Job Description:

·        Must have 5-6 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, Gulf experience prefers only.

·        Experience should be proficient in the design of steel and concrete structures. He should also be familiar with the use of computer aided design programmers such as "STAD PRO" and "SAP 2000"

·        Also have experience in the design of roads and airport runways and sewage and drainage systems are also necessary, include cost estimation and the preparation of project and contract specifications and tender documents

·        Must have Civil Engineering Degree from a recognized university

 

Electrical Engineer

Job Description:

 

·        Must have 5-6 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, Gulf experience prefers only.

·        Should Specializes in the petrochemical industry or while working for Operating Companies in the same industry.  Applicant must be qualified to undertake detailed engineering and design to the point where the data can be drafted by others.  This detailed design experience in the drawing development area must include, but not necessarily be limited to, such areas of expertise as: Area Classification, Single Line Drawings, Layouts covering all categories, Raceway systems (all categories), Schematics (Ladder type), and interconnection drawings, Schedules such as cable, lighting, panel, terminations and similar

·        Individual must be fully conversant with codes and standards such as the NEC, ANSI, IEEE, UL, CSA, and NFPA and similar, and must be knowledgeable with North American engineering concepts, practices, equipment and materials.  Engineering expertise must include the development of equipment and material specifications covering the complete spectrum of power distribution products required for industrial projects.  Applicant must be capable of developing purchasing requisitions and undertake the subsequent bid evaluations.  Applicant must be:

1.    Competent to undertake special engineering studies such as short circuit, relay coordination and similar

2.  Capable of undertaking conceptual engineering and discharge his duties and responsibilities in the most productive manner

3.  Capable of meeting scheduled completion dates (a prime requisite)

4.  Experienced with commissioning electrical systems and plant start up procedures

5.  Capable of logically developing via well documented appropriate calculations all of his engineering conclusions and decisions

6.  Capable of functioning well in a multicultural environment

7.  Results oriented, self-motivated and be able to work with a minimum of supervision

8.  Having an excellent command of the English language (written and spoken)

9.  Computer literate and must have good typing skills

 

Position: QA/QC Engineer 

Qnty: 18

SALARY IN USD:  2000 USD 

JOB DESCRIPTION 

I) Performs all daily inspection and test of the scope and character necessary to achieve the quality of construction required in the drawings and specifications for all works under the contract performed ON or OFF site. 

2) Carry out inspection and checking for all quality related procedures in the site and ensures activity at the site are as per approved method statement and inspection test plan. 

3) Coordinate with the consultant's representative and Site En-charge for inspection and meeting about quality problems including the closure of Non-Compliance Report. 

4) Report to the QA/QC Manager, control, and monitor all activities related to Quality Management System, QMS. . 

5) Taking care of QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered and other QA/QC documents. 

6) Responsible for the closure of Non-conformance, NCR and Site Instruction, SI. 

7) Responsible for the quality and workmanship of every activity, thorough knowledge of all phases of engineering construction relating to Civil, Architectural and Structural discipline interfacing the multidisciplinary operations. 

8) Develop method statement for the activity including risk assessment and job safety environmental analysis and Inspection Test Plan and Checklist based on specifications of the project.

9) Carry out Internal Audit at the site as scheduled in the Project Quality Plan, PQP.

10) Liaise the Technical Engineer for submission of material submittals to Consultant.

I I) Enforce quality control and assurance procedures and make sure that Project Quality Plan (PQP) is well implemented and maintained.

12) Coordinate with Material Department for the reviewing of documents regarding the incoming materials.

13) Performs the visual check to the package conditions by using the Master Packing List and the deliveries.

14) Check the correctness of consignment with respect to those stated in the packing list and the corresponding unprice purchase order 

 

Note: Not less than Ten (10) hours and 7 Days a week (Total working hour 290 per month)

Probationary Period:

ü  Probationary Period shall be Ninety (90) days commencing from starting date at Job Site,

ü  While probationary, the Employer may terminate your services if after evaluation

ü  The Employee was found incompetent or unacceptable to the Position by the employer / representatives.

Place of Work:

•     Company any sites in Libya.

Contract Duration:

•     For a period of not less than One ( 1 ) Year’s commencing from Employee’s Starting working date at job site

Annual Vacation:

•     Rotation 12 month on / one month off (vacation with pay) (that will be active from the date of your mobilization date at our job site at Libya)

Boarding & Lodging:

•     Free Food and decent accommodation, Laundry etc. + Free emergency medical car + Local Transportation from Accommodation to site of employment inside Libya.
