Candidate
must have Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
ü
10
years’ experience in MAINTENANCE background.
ü

Should
have Problem solving skills, Ability to work under tight deadlines, Capable of
establishing work priorities, Can work with less supervision.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
§
Ensure
the team is executing the assigned job correctly, completely and on time.
§ Ensure the team has the correct knowledge
of the assets/installation by providing them the necessary training and
guidance on maintenance tasks.
§ Deal with subcontractor, schedule their
visit and supervise the work assigned to them.
§ Prepare the required documentation and
produce permits to work.
§
Make
reports on defects, issues, breakdowns, damages.
§ Follow and prepare the duty roster.
§ Ensure spare parts levels, requirements
and availability.
§ Follow all work instructions given by the
Engineers and managers.
§ Accomplish special team projects assigned
by their Line Manager.
§ Assist in completing documents to be used
for internal or external audits.
§
Comply
with the company standards specifically related to personal hygiene, dress code
and behavior.
§ Comply with all HSEQ procedures, rules
and regulations from the client and from FMM’s HSEQ Management System.
§ Attend all training sessions and
understand all documents, including training handouts or modules, work
instructions and toolboxes. Report workplace accident, incident, near miss or
health event to their line manager. Perform other related duties as assigned.
NOTE: No Accommodation and No Transportation will be provided for this

Layouts covering all categories, Raceway systems (all categories), Schematics
(Ladder type), and interconnection drawings, Schedules such as cable, lighting,
panel, terminations and similar

Individual must be fully conversant with codes and

JOB DESCRIPTION
I) Performs all daily inspection and test of the scope and character
necessary to achieve the quality of construction required in the drawings and
specifications for all works under the contract performed ON or OFF site.
2) Carry out inspection and checking for all quality related procedures
in the site and ensures activity at the site are as per approved method
statement and inspection test plan.
3) Coordinate with the consultant's representative and Site En-charge
for inspection and meeting about quality problems including the closure of Non-Compliance
Report.
4) Report to the QA/QC Manager, control, and monitor all activities
related to Quality Management System, QMS. .
5) Taking care of QA/QC documents of the entire project including
certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance
reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered and
other QA/QC documents.
6) Responsible for the closure of Non-conformance, NCR and Site
Instruction, SI.
7) Responsible for the quality and workmanship of every activity,
thorough knowledge of all phases of engineering construction relating to Civil,
Architectural and Structural discipline interfacing the multidisciplinary
operations.
8) Develop method statement for the activity including risk assessment
and job safety environmental analysis and Inspection Test Plan and Checklist
based on specifications of the project.
9) Carry out Internal Audit at the site as scheduled in the Project
Quality Plan, PQP.
10) Liaise the Technical Engineer for submission of material submittals
to Consultant.
I I) Enforce quality control and assurance procedures and make sure
that Project Quality Plan (PQP) is well implemented and maintained.
12) Coordinate with Material Department for the reviewing of documents
regarding the incoming materials.
13) Performs the visual check to the package conditions by using the
Master Packing List and the deliveries.
14) Check the correctness of consignment with respect to those stated
in the packing list and the corresponding unprice purchase order
Note:
Not less than Ten (10) hours and 7 Days a week (Total working hour 290 per
month)
